The IRF530NSTRRPBF is an example of a Insulated Gate Field-Effect Transistor (IGFET), also known as a Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET). It is a type of unipolar transistor, which is commonly used in both analog and digital electronics applications.
