IXFP14N85X is a high-voltage and high-speed N-channel Field-Effect Transistor (FET). This type of FET was developed using multiple junction technology and designed to be used as a switch or amplifier. It provides high-frequency operation up to 50MHz and can work without any additional cooling systems.
