The MUN5311DW1T1 is a member of the bipolar junction transistor (BJT) array family. It is a dual pre-biased array with two PNP and two NPN transistors designed to reduce switching times and enable switching operations with minimal dissipation. The two NPN transistors are normally ON with a lower saturation voltage, allowing currents to flow through them faster than in conventional transistors. The two PNP transistors are normally OFF with a higher saturation voltage, allowing currents to flow through them faster than in conventional transistors. The four transistors are connected in series, forming an H-bridge that can be used for applications including motor control and power management.MUN5311DW1T1 transistors are used in applications such as motor control, DC-DC converter, and power management.
