SI7450DP-T1-RE3 is a single transistor from the family of field-effect transistors (FETs) that has a variety of applications in modern electronics. In a FET, the active material is the semiconductor surface that forms the channel connecting the source and the drain, and the electric field developed by the gate controls current flow through the channel. Since the source and the drain form a channel, FET transistors are commonly referred to as “channel transistors”.
