IRL1404L

IRL1404L is a single high side, ultra low on-resistance MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor) that is commonly used in low voltage switching power supplies and motor control circuits. The device features high current capacity and low on-resistance, so it is ideal for applications that require efficient power switching.

The IRL1404L has a unique construction which features a vertical layout of the n-channel MOSFET die and a planar, insulated gate structure on the same substrate.
