The MRF9030LR1 is a high performance plastic packaged N–Channel Junction Field Effect Transistor (JFET) that has been optimized for RF power amplifier applications from 50 MHz to 1000 MHz. It includes a Nitride passivated gate for improved long-term reliability. The MRF9030LR1 is a Junction Field-Effect Transistor (JFET) that uses a semiconductor junction to control a charge carrier behavior and current flow through it. It consists of a source pin connected to the gate and a drain connected to the body of the device. The source and drain pins have a barrier potential and the gate is held at a certain voltage.
