MRF9045LSR1

The MRF9045LSR1 is a high performance Low Noise Amplifier (LNA). It is a packaged amplifier product, featuring a silicon N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field Effect Transistor (e/MOSFET), utilizing the high-performance GaAs Enhancement Mode technology from TriQuint Semiconductor. This e/MOSFET-type LNA is designed for communications systems in the 900 MHz frequency range. It features low noise, high gain, and high port-to-port isolation.

The MRF9045LSR1 has two functions: amplification and matching.
