It is specifically designed to operate in low-voltage applications and has a gate voltage range of 12V to 28V.
The IRF7453PBF is designed to provide high switching performance. It is able to handle very high current (up to 50A) and high power (up to 160W) with excellent thermal performance. Working Principle: The working principle of the IRF7453PBF is straight forward.
