NVMFS5833NWFT3G is a single-gate N-channel, Enhancement-mode MOSFET (Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) from Nila’s NVM-series. In the industry, it is most popularly used as a power MOSFET, is a type of insulated-gate field-effect transistor, which utilizes a gate terminal for controlling the transfer of electrons among the source and drain terminals, which are referred to as the terminals that controls the conducting channel between them. The MOSFETs basic structure consists of two depletion regions where the carriers (electrons in NMOS) are either generated or destroyed. It has a Drain-Gate breakdown voltage of 140V and its junction to ambient thermal resistance is approximately 25°C/W.

The NVMFS5833NWFT3G device can be used in power management and conditioning applications. It is also used in various power supply topologies such as active clamp or TM Shift/DCM modes.
