The SI4562DY-T1-E3 is a type of field effect transistor (FET) array. It is usually used in applications that require high current and good power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) and low input impedance. The SI4562DY-T1-E3 has two N-type FETs, two P-type FETs, and two high voltage switches, as well as an integrated driver.
