FQP16N25C is a logic level N-channel MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) manufactured by Fairchild Semiconductor. It is a type of field effect transistor that works on the principle of electron transport and gate control.The FQP16N25C features low on-resistance and a high input impedance while having a good thermal stability and maximum fault current limit. It also has a capacity of 16A peak Drain Current and 25V Drain Source Voltage. It can be used as a switch, amplifier, and an electronic regulator, as well as other electronic functions.
