The SUD50N06-09L-E3 is a type of n-channel enhancement mode MOSFET which was designed to meet the modified requirements of device, package, and product reliability for automotive usage and to minimize on-resistance variation over temperature. It has an on-state drain-source resistance of 0.70mΩ-1.60 mΩ, maximum drain current of 107A and maximum junction-to-source voltage of 60V. It has a continuous drain current of 70 A meximum, so it\'s mostly suitable for high currents in DC switching applications. The maximum operating temperature is 175℃ and for pulsed operations 145℃. It has a very low gate charge, as well as low drain-source resistance. It has excellent ruggedness under transient overload conditions, as well as fast switching time.
